Safety precautions that can be taken during the operation of microwave thawing equipment
1. As much as possible, protective covers should be installed on the operating parts to prevent personnel from approaching the accident site.
2. The metal casing of all electrical equipment in microwave thawing equipment should be protected with grounding to prevent electric shock and personal injury in case of accidents.
3. The main production site lighting power supply should adopt cross power supply, and emergency lighting fixtures should be equipped at the entrances and exits of the distribution room and main workshop.
4. The main technical equipment maintains a wide working surface, and the width on both sides of the transportation equipment is appropriate for easy operation, transportation, and maintenance personnel (both the main channel and working surface are above 800 millimeters).
5. Set up a centralized control room to centrally control production, ensure normal system startup, and prevent unexpected emergency stops.
6. Electrical boxes, cabinets, and equipment kilns located in non electrical workshops should be locked for protection to prevent accidental electric shock.
7. Equipped with necessary maintenance and repair personnel to ensure the operation of microwave thawing equipment.
8. Install auxiliary grounding plates in the distribution room and distribution equipment points to enhance grounding protection.
9. Install lightning protection grounding devices for buildings above 15m above ground level, using strip lightning arresters to make lightning protection grounding, protective grounding, and working grounding zero, with grounding resistance below 4 Ω.
10. The driver motor of microwave thawing equipment should be equipped with load and short-circuit protection to avoid accidental damage to the machine equipment.
